Cerrowire is introducing the Reel-N-Reel, a reusable wire reel built around one idea: when the crew stops pulling, the wire should stop too. The product launches this week at NECA 2026 in Las Vegas.

The problem with a standard reel

Pulling off a standard reel usually takes jack stands, a bar and often two people. Once the reel is turning, it keeps spinning after the pull stops, and the slack pools on the floor where it can tangle, kink or scuff. Vertical pulls are the hardest of all.

A reel inside a reel

The Reel-N-Reel puts two reels on one axle. The inner reel carries the wire and is the only part that turns during a pull. The larger outer flange sits in its cradle pallet and stays put, so the reel doesn't walk away from the pull. Stop pulling, and the wire stays where you left it. It's built for both horizontal and vertical pulls.

The cradle pallet replaces the jack stands

Every Reel-N-Reel ships on a heavy-duty cradle pallet sized to that reel. Distributors wind wire onto the reel, contractors pull straight off the pallet at the jobsite with no jack stands, and when the pull is done the empty reel goes back to be wound again.

Three sizes, one design

  • 80-10036 — 36" outer flange

  • 80-10048 — 48" outer flange

  • 80-10054 — 54" outer flange

All three share a 16" core and a 4,000 lb wire capacity, can be reused up to 60 times and are made in the USA. A custom factory stencil is available so a distributor's name can go on the reel.
