They save time, improve workmanship, secure cable, and remove the need for extra material. These fittings are perfect for Prefab or when installing cable in a box with a limited number of knockouts. When using AC/MC/FMC cable simply remove the armor and expose the conductors to the desired length needed to reach the device box or enclosure. The use of anti short bushings is recommended. Tighten the steel screws for the 1" EMT conduit.
