Light Efficient Design introduces the LumiCleanse UVC1 fixture, designed with wavelengths of lights that have been tested by the CDC to eliminate viruses at a 99.9% kill rate. UV-C light has a long history of killing bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus, and allergens.
Designed with user safety in mind, the LumiCleanse is ETL listed, does not produce ozone, and is constructed out of a metal frame. LumiCleanse is operated by a remote control that allows for the fixture to be set for 15-, 30-, or 60-minute run times. When the device is activated, there is a 15-second delay to allow the user to leave the room. The fixture will also automatically shut off when the integrated motion sensor detects someone in entering the room. This fixture comes with an 8' cord and plug, covers 100 sq ft, has low power consumption, and is perfect for placement on tables, workbenches, or pendant hung from the ceiling.
