Unlike traditional deadbreak elbow designs requiring a cable adapter, a separate jacket seal, and a deadbreak elbow housing, the CSH Series combines these components into one simple package, minimizing installation time, complexity, and overall cost. Additionally, the CSH Series is molded from 100% EPDM, a proven material in underground electrical applications. This proprietary formulation of Cold Shrink EPDM is produced in-house and to achieve maximum durability in underground environments, the CSH Series features a fully-integrated, oil-resistant EPDM jacket that provides outstanding mechanical impact/tear resistance.
